Bump for DuWhat. I bought a 1917 Army from him this summer, worth every penny I paid, a painless and swift transaction.
12/20 Reduced to $1100. If it doesn't sale it's off to Gunbroker soon. Thanks
Selling one of my Colt Bisleys as spent to much money on Christmas. Made in 1905. All matching. Has a 4 3/4 inch barrel in .45 LC. No finish left and has some scattered light pitting but nothing deep. Grips are worn smooth but no cracks or chips. Light Colt markings on top of barrel, they are light but are there. Nice patent dates and horse. Nice bore with good rifleing. This gun was used and has that 'been there, done that' look. Bought off a family friend here in New Mexico and he said had been in his family for at least 70 years and they had a working ranch at one time. I have shot it in the past and it shoots good. Tight action. Cylinder DOES turn by hand if you try it so could use a new bolt or the origional one built up a bit but I have fired the gun like it is and cylinder does turn and line up when you cock it. Cylinder pin may be an old replacement but if it is it's been with the gun a long time. Nice old Colt that I think is better than I have described. Have not lettered but I think might make for an intresting one. Price is $1350 and i'll pay for the shipping and insurance. On to the pictures. First post in the thread with "I'll take it" gets it. Thanks for looking. Duwhat
