Does the box have a label showing the Custom Shop info? That is sweet looking!!

The outer sleeve was plain white cardboard with a black and white label . It had all the information printed on it. The blue plastic case has no label or place for one . I usually flatten the outer sleeves by crease and store them, but for the life of me i cannot find it and i have looked everywhere.
