I have 2 to offer for sale:
1. 1936 vintage Colt Woodsman, about 85%, Steadman Balancer (after market barrel weight sold through National Rifleman and other gun magazines circa 1938-1940. Machined to fit tightly on barrel by tightening 3 screws running right to left. Adds about 6.5 oz.) As shown in pictures it also has period Roper grips, (the oblong jig holes are present on the inside of the grips. Grip appear to have a small sliver missing along the back grip but since these were all made to fit one of a kind maybe intentional.
About 85% of the bluing is present maybe more you be the judge, bore is very good, action works fine, take down is fine, one Colt marked magazine, front sight adjustment screw is buggered and could be dressed or replaced. Asking $750 plus shipping.

Hi Mike,
On the Kongsberg Colt -
Images are not as clear as one might hope, but, from what I can see, it looks like the Slide is Numbered as 30737, while the Frame is numbered
as 30757.
Can you verify/clearify?
The number is 30757, also on the bottom of the barrel along with the correct crown over K 1945 inspector mark on slide and barrel. Right side of slide is marked 1945 with correct inspector cartouche for Jorgen Bjornholt.
