Please explain :
I have never gotten the stamp for it.
If it's not a registered NFA SBR weapon , it's not legal outside a PD or Federal agency .
FS, NIB, unfired Colt M4 Commando SBR. This weapon is in great shape, not dinged up like several NIB colt's that I have seen. It has a 11.5 bbl, 1 turn in 7 rifle twist, standard hand guard, and a 4-position telestock. It is marked &"M4LE on one side and Restricted Military/Government Law Enforcement Use" on the other&. This weapon is currently at my dealer (I have never gotten the stamp for it),transaction must take place between certified transfer FFL's.
I am selling to fund a possible MP5K purchase.
$1500.00 plus shipping cost for entire rifle.

Thanks, I should have explained it a little better. I bought the weapon. It was transfered from dealer to dealer (legally). It is still sitting at my dealer. I have never applied to register/transfer it in to my name. Several none LE/FED friends have this same weapon (we all bought them at the same time), so I know it is transferable.
Sorry for the misunderstanding, transfer/registration language is not field of study.
Thank you for explaining .
We should then clarify to the members that All NFA rules apply . This is a registered Class 3 weapon .

I am considering seperating the upper and lower. If anyone is interested let me know. I would only sell if both the upper and lower sold. All NFA rules apply.
Thanks
I have found an FFL that is also a licensed manufacture. He can seperate and sell the upper and lower. Two other members are the first in line for the upper and lower. I have sent them both emails. If the turn it down it goes back up for sale. I am asking $750 each for the upper and lower. I have $1800 into the weapon. Also I do not want to seperate unless I sell both parts.
All NFA rules apply
Thanks for looking
Scuse me for being uninfomed. Is this an automatic weapon? When I was in the Army there was Safe, semi and automatic on the M-16. Understand they now have no "auto" and now 3 round bursts. Is that what this is? What is "involved" with getting class 3?
