    Need a Colt M4 16" 6920 Rifle...????

I saw Arms Unlimited Law Enforcement Supply | Firearms, Accessories, Ammunition, Body Armor, Optics, Tactical Gear & More has gotten some in and they are on sale for $975. Not a bad price.
They also have some other M4 models. No SOCOMS though. They do have Colt M4 11.5" uppers for $750. These used to sell for $640 before Colt announced a stoppage in production....

What do you think is the better setup, the LE6920, or the LE6920EPR? Do you think having the Colt-installed free float hand guard/low gas block is worth it vs. the regular hand guard fixed front sight set up? I already have a 6920 that I put a drop in free float hand guard on and it worked out fine (have an Aim Point that co-witnesses great off the fixed front sight...).

Thinking about getting another 6920 and the EPR looks interesting, but not sure if it’s worth the extra money ($1,275). I can always put on a free float m lock hand guard for <$100 on the regular 6920. Is the EPR any more accurate? Is it a more flexible set up? Am I over thinking this?

It would seem like the EPR is set up for a scope. You are correct on using the the Aimpoint on the 6920. It all depends on what you are going to do with it and how much you want to spend. One scope to use on the EPR would be a tactical scope 1x4 or 1x6 with a lighted crosshair or dot. Overthinking...??? Somewhat...

Hello... I have several Colt AR's that are as purchased. No changes. But my shooter Stag Arms has a tactical 1X4 scope with the lighted crosshair and I love that particular setup as Bingo described above. Just thought I'd chime in here.
