    Gun Show Find

Could not pass on this little gem. I just love these little police positive revolvers. Had a nice pair of Roper Stocks for her too!

Every King gun deserves a set of Ropers!

That is a beauty. Looks to be in great shape. The Ropers do look good on it. Good addition.

The original hard rubber grips appear to be in fine condition. Being original, they fit perfectly, like no other pair will. Don't change the grips. A high percentage of old Colts have had the original grips replaced with something else, and that's sad!

I think the Ropers are oversized and sort of weird looking, but if they fit your hand well and you shoot better with them, that is what matters. Keep the original grips.

Someone took great care with that one. Have you checked manufacture date yet?

Well they look so large because the gun is so small. These older frames are really micro size. And guys don’t worry I keep the grips and they will always stay with gun and it’s easy to know what pair as the SN is scratched on the back by the factory.
