HA! It reads like a frustrated fiction writer imagining crime novels in his head. But truth is written about the Cobra itself!

No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carry the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life, or death ---- it shall be life.” - Ten Bears - “The Outlaw Josey Wales”

First time I've seen the finish called "Pacifier Blue".

Too funny. I am surprised that it is a 3rd Gen DS though. Other indicators in the ad would suggest an older gun.

Wonderful, "Just stick a gun in their face and they'll go away"! I wonder how Colt's marketing dept feels about that one nowadays?

The ad is bogus. I looked up "Ladies Life and Household" magazine as I too suspected something was amiss with a 1970's era Colt in an ad that predated a ZIP code in Colt's address.

    "Ladies Life and Household"
Interesting ad concept, or just something the editors or copy guys made up, but it seems to me that it predates most CCW or CWL permitting especially when carrying a concealed weapon was considered a felony.
