    Colt Diamondback Serial #

    I have a colt diamondback .22 lr. I have looked all over for the serial number but can't seem to find one. Can someone clue me in on where I should actually be looking for the serial number? Thanks

    Welcome to the forum. Open the cylinder and look at the crane forward of the cylinder face

    Welcome to the Forum,
    Open the cylinder and look on the frame underneath where the crane sits when the cylinder is closed. The crane holds the cylinder.
