    Officers Model Photo Thread

    I didn't see a photo thread on these fine revolvers. Since there are lots of different variations maybe it would be helpful to have one.

    Here are my guns. I'd have to double check the dates, but the 7.5" gun is from the 1920s (the grips are from a slightly earlier model), and the Heavy Barrel is from about 1940.

    I've always thought the 7 1/2" Officer's model was an especially elegant looking Colt. And the grips on yours are a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

    .38 OMT's in the five barrel lengths: 4", 4 1/2", 5", 6" and 7"
