Perhaps I’ll attempt to lighten my count of ACPs in October.

I've owned a Colt Officer's ACP for decades...........

I acquired mine used in rather distressed condition for a very cheap price, back when no one else wanted them.........

This was to be, (is) a replacement for a Detonics MK V that was the worst 1911 pistol I've ever owned or targeted.

I rebuilt and re-finished this little ACP into what you see here............

The Stocks are Big Horn Sheep material that I carved to reflect what I wanted at the time....There isn't a lot of real estate on the stocks to display any curl, so I carved them........While not authentic in their appearance, I've had quite a few offers on them.....

I had a Colt 45ACP Officers model back in the day. It was a limited edition run called a Tactical Officers Model but eventually traded it. Always wish I had kept it. So I recently went on the search to add another Officers model to the group. Then I ran across this one. A Robert Valade engraved one. Couldn't pass it up.
