    Ended more than double the worth, IMO.

    Mad. I live in Switzerland so different market, but I paid $400 for my 1992 last year. Not new but VGC.

    You have to look at the bidders and their past buys linked to a certain seller (gunsrc) discussed in other threads.

    Doesn't seem possible to have been a "real" auction, but if it was and the high bidder wanted to get a hold of me, for the same price he paid for that single blued Govt .380 I'd sell him a matched blue .Govt .380 AND a ANIB stainless Govt .380. Just saying .

    For that price I would have expected hand engraving and gold inlay. But it ain't my money. And if I owned one, I would go to sleep knowing mine was worth more.
