    Factory Engraved .32 Hammerless Blue/Pearl

Does anyone happen to own this pistol?
    If so....I have your box.

I don't own it, but I'd sure like to see it!

Ei8ht owns many 1903's. Ultimately, he might stumble across the one that matches the box. However, as I recall he said he does not own any 1903's that are still in their original boxes.
You should put that one on eBay. I bet it would fetch a good price. Someone will fake a 1903 to match the box.

There were only 700 or so engraved .32 pistols. It would be very cool to reunite the box and gun. I would check with Sam Lisker, put an ad in the Rampant Colt and there's a guy named Rick in CA that collects engraved model Ms. I wouldn't sell it until I exhausted a few other leads.

Maybe Colt Archives could act as go between, if a letter has ever been requested for that serial number. I'm sure they wouldn't give you the requester's name, but maybe they could send a letter or contact them.
