    Denis Prisbrey (DPris) has passed

Just learned the terrible news. Denis was one of the good ones. In addition to forum exchanges, we had corresponded many times over the last few years. We argued about Colt's, USFA's and Uberti's frequently. Denis was kind enough to return to the mothership a USFA 12/22 he had for testing so that my friend could buy it, right before they closed shop. Made him a flap holster for his 1917. Only about eight months ago he goaded me into buying another Henry. He told me of his health troubles a little over a year ago and then posted here last month that his kidneys had finally failed.

Very well written obit. I love the part where the family asks all attendees of the service to wear blue Jean's. No stuffy suits for DPris.

We kept in touch via PMs. He was a down to earth, decent human being.
