Doug always was a history buff, especially western history. I believe those went to dealers for a short time. Don’t think they were tied into any particular gun project

Teddy was the finest President of the first half of the 20th Century. A flawed man...as we all are...but a great one nonetheless. His life was not inconsequential to our nation and it was a life of eventfulness.

I bet Ben (What Would You Say) would like to have the poster to go with his great collection of USFA's.

Many aren't aware TR's wife and mother died on the same day and he was left with a two day old daughter. Takes a special person to overcome all that at once.

The character flaw in him was rather than become a dad and care for his daughter he left her with his sister and he went west where he made a name for himself. While to me it's difficult to justify that it must have been how he handled the grief. On balance the country was better for him being President than otherwise...regardless of character flaws.

I don’t recall for sure, but I will go with Tim’s right.

I’ve never seen a poster like Mitch’s example before. Seems like USFA had some nifty marketing ideas that certainly worked on me.
