    Question to amuse myself..

You are headed into the deep woods known to have lions, tigers and bears..You ONLY have two choices for a Handgun..No others..

    Which would you choose ?

A Colt Single Action Army chambered in .44 Special ?

    or

A Colt Delta Elete in 10 MM ?

    No reason...

The SAA...because I’d prefer to go out in style and the headline: Man Mauled to Death While Carrying 10mm doesn’t sound as cool.

Colt SAA because thats what I have of the two. Now I do have other better options too like my 5" model 29-2 44 mag. It`s seldom "either or" with me when it comes to guns or anything else.

Delta Elite 10mm with several extra magazines loaded with alternating solids and hollow points. (Previous testing required for feeding of the different types of ammo.)

SAA in the 44 Special. A 240 gr RN at 600 fps for the little fellers, 260 SWC 1200 fps for the ones that can hurt you.Or anywhere in between . No mag to loose and no jammies.

    Deep woods where?
In most parts of the world a .22 caliber pistol would serve your needs very well.
