What a ffl I use said about buying m17 surplus

I’ve already purchased one by itself about 2 weeks ago.
He said his distributor has another one but it must be sold as a package deal with a NAA Talo version. The only way I can get the other sig is if I purchase an NAA. I think it’s $350. The sig is $850. $1200 as a package.

He really wants to dump the NAA.
I’d rather be in the middle of nowhere than in any city on earth.

Not uncommon for some distributors to leverage dealers to buy dead inventory by dangling a carrot .

I don't like it and seldom support these tactics . As a buyer I remember down the road which suppliers treated me right and which ones didn't . Just as you would at the retail consumer level ... for example remember when some dealers sold LE6920's for 3x msrp .

Sounds like it's the wholesaler . The dealer is just presenting him the deal offered to them .

Have you seen the prices these are selling for on Gunbroker? The package deal of $1200 is much less than what I've been seeing them go for.
I helped disassemble and reassemble these and packed some of them.

They advertise that it comes with a certificate of authenticity. Did you notice if the certificate was included in the packaging?

The first one I bought came with a Certificate of authenticity. It’s a card approximately 3”x5.” Also, It came with 3 mags and an extra spring.

I bought this one today that comes with the NAA. I have no use or desire for the NAA. It’s kind of cool looking but not what I want. Maybe I will raffle it off to one of my employees.

Check out the NAA and tell me what you think. It’s upgraded by Talo and called “The Dude.”

I am also an FFL and I still see a few distributors doing that crap with Springfield Hellcat pistols. Won't sell me a Hellcat unless I buy another Springfield so I told them to keep the damn Hellcats. I am happy that I finally got a distributor to sell me an M17 surplus. Should be here in a few days.

I only see the smaller distributors doing the BS of making you buy some turd to get something you want.
