I've scanned YouTube video reports from SHOT show for past couple of years and seen almost nothing I'm interested in. I see stuff cought in the background that could be interesting but they are never covered.

turnerriver, are showgirls carrying around the books for display to the public? No....no, don’t answer. My imagination can fill in the details. Seriously, will you folks be at the NRA Convention in Nashville?

Possibly it's just me being old fashioned, but there seems to be a hot competition going on to win the title of "Ugliest gun possible".

Given the high number of plastic guns displayed I'm guessing Tupperware must of been the major sponsor of the show.

I must be getting old, There was nothing that jumped out and said buy me now. Manufacturers have the right to sell their products for any price they want but it looked to me like some where trying to have a very limited run on their products. Not Bashing Case, But $499 for a hand ax ?

As long as the gun market is strong and new and more importantly lady shooters are coming into the fold I'm all for whatever these "gun designers" come up with.

Once they have their first dozen or so guns under their belt they can then become astute firearm collectors, such as we are.

We all started some where. Let them have fun and hopefully mature, or not.

    Take care, Duane
