Anyone else have a weakness for old ammo boxes ????

Well I wondered by the local ammo collectors table this morning and what do I see but this....

Never seen one before so that means I must have it A "BRICK" sleeve for 357's...

Though it might look good if I ever do a COLT display.....RR

Great find. I have never seen a brick of any kind of CF pistol ammo. What do the 50 round boxes look like?

The only time I ever ran acoss that was in arms rooms of agencies armed with .357 Magnums.

    Nice stuff...

I do... Been collecting them off and on over the years.
Started out with wooden ones, then to the misc. small cardboard boxes.
Not really into it for the collector value, more so just for the cool factor and decoration.

You might be on to something there, Rod. That looks like the original "Mega Pack."

Yes, I also collect old Vintage ammo and boxes.
Here's some of my small collection. I "mostly collect .22 ammo as it
takes up less space in my cabinet. It also reminds me of very good
memories of rabbit and squirrel hunting with Grandpaw.

I have a small ammo collection - boxed and loose. This is an unopened tin of 9mm pinfire cartridges which I reckon to be around 100 years old.
