    First year S & W 'Model 1903' in .32 S&W Long...

Bore and Rifling look like it was hardly shot, Timing and Lock up really nice, internals look like no one has oiled or cleaned it since way way back when...exterior obviously shows some rough history of some kind or other.

So a pre five-screw, four-screw, and it has the Yoke ( though we call it a Crane, S & W called/calls it a Yoke, ) 'Hold Open' detent, which I gather was soon dropped from the m1903 line not long after.

I'll clean and oil, and bring it to the indoor Range to try it out soon..I .have a few boxes of .32 S&W Long on hand, but had not had anything to shoot them in till now!

It's a delightful and charming little Revolver, I am very pleased with having got it.

Nice gun. It’s the first time I see combat grips with the football relief rather than full cut, didn’t even know that existed.

Posted before I think; Model 25-5 with a 325 barrel. Custom work by MagnaPort including action job, MagnaLife hare chrome finish, ported barrel. I paid less for the gun then the cost of MagnaPort’s work! The cylinder has been recessed to allow for the use of moon clips; including .45 Colt clips. That work was done by TK Customs in Illinois.

    Just picked this up

1979 Model 39-2. Came with original box and paperwork. Original grips were in box but I prefer the thicker stocks that are shown.

Of all the S&W I have owned over the last 25 years, I have only one now. A M&P .38. With old Fitz grips.
