This 32-20 walked in while I was sitting at the counter today. It is a 1902 gun that looks to be completely original. The grips are a perfect fit. The hammer notches are good as is the trigger. I...

I am definitely a rank amateur compared to others here when it comes to evaluating SAA's. I would be glad to look at the gun and offer an opinion. Feel free to PM me. I am also in San Antonio.

Told this story on the other barrel thread; scored a nice '03, and failed to look at the bore. Turns out it was a pistol owned by a family friend who fired it on New Years with blackpowder...

Thank you gentlemen, I appreciate the advice. I will leave the cylinder face alone so as not to ruin it. I'm a little OCD about cleaning and maintenance and I like my guns to look brand new for as...

Shoot it with the buldge. These are point and shoot pistols not match target. I own a few and one has a bulge - can't tell the difference at the range! Also keeps it original. Just my opinion.

For what the eBay listers want for used barrels you'd be better off to buy one from ILWT or get one for the new Colt. https://www.gunpartscorp.com/products/553770
