- I was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. I attended St. Gabriel's Roman Catholic School grades 1 through 6 and Fern Creek Jr. High and High School grades 7 through 12. Over the past 35 plus years I have
been employed by the Kirk & Blum Manufacturing Company in the shipping and receiving department, with the exception of a 2-1/2 year period between 2000 and 2003 when I was employed by the Cardinal Tool Company. I have been married to my wife Patti since 2004, hold a concealed carry license issued by the State of Kentucky, enjoy collecting antique and modern firearms and hold a Curio and Relics license issued by the Department of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, have five cats and three dog, and decided to throw my name in the ring to try and unseat Louisville Metro Council Member Robin Engel, Republican, 22nd/ District in the 2012 general election. I like many of you have had enough of career politicians and believe the only way this country will really have the much talked about "change" is for new people to run and ultimately get elected to political office. I, like Thomas Jefferson before me, believe every new generation of Americans should have their own revolution in order to preserve and defend the freedoms set forth in the United States Declaration of Independence and Constitution and hope that by removing some of the tired and worn out political hacks who's only concern is their own perpetual electibility, we can strive to make that revolution a reality.
