Howdy from N Texas and welcome to the community.
My name is Frank Hurn. My Colt interests are collecting Early 1st generation Civilian Single Actions. I used to be a member of the Colt Collectors Association back in the early 2000's, am a recent new member of the Texas Gun Collectors Association having recently attended their show in Denton, Texas in October of this year. I used to shoot Metallic Silhouette back in the eighties, and used an 8 inch nickeled Python which I still have. If you are interested in sharing any information on Early civilian Colt single actions, PLEASE contact me! My email address is [email protected]

“It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carry the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life, or death ---- it shall be life.” - Ten Bears - “The Outlaw Josey Wales”
