I picked this up the other day at the LGS. Firearm Gun Trigger Revolver Starting pistol
Room Wood Hardwood Plywood
Gun Firearm Revolver Trigger Air gun
Gun Firearm Revolver Trigger Airsoft gun
It's brand new and I really like the quality of the piece. I hope to take it shooting soon. The barrel is 3 1/2". Yahoody did a thread where he spoke about the quality of Uberti's and I have to say he's right. But when it comes to SAA's I want a Colt. I think Uberti has it's act together and is bringing out some quality guns for us.

They've made a lot of historic designs for longer than most of the original companies did. Or designs that no one else has attempted since they were "new" guns. The Colt lightning, Henry and Winchester brass framed rifles, and more come to mind. Doing so since 1959.

I currently have two Ubertis (both marked Cimarron), a Flat Top Target Bisley, and an 1885 High Wall, and have been very impressed with the quality of both of them. I have little interest in their standard SAA clones, but many of their other offerings really catch my attention, like the OP's S&W. It's great that they're offering so many of the classics that are no longer available so that those of us without unlimited funds can enjoy the experience of shooting these great guns.

Best regards,

Marco,

I was lucky when I bought the Bisley Flat Top; I bought it immediately after seeing a heads-up from Wyatt Burp for a GB listing. The Flat Top Target Bisley has been my favorite SAA variation since I was a kid reading through my dad's old copy of Haven and Beldon's History of Colt Revolvers. I've promised Mr. Burp because of his heads-up that he will have first right of refusal in the extremely unlikely event that I decide to sell it.

Best regards,

Sweet, looks like my Uberti 1875 Remington Army Outlaw, 7.5" long, in .357 cal., had it tuned. Bought it from Taylor"s & Company out of Winchester, VA. Same gun that the infamous Frank James carried, for most of his outlaw career in .45 caliber.
