That is a right handsome piece. Looks like a fancy parlor gun kept by a Storyville madame in her boudoir just in case any young Creole gentlemen from upriver got too out of hand with her string of quadroons. Those beautiful grips are a great match too.

You truly are a craftsman, from what I have seen of your work.

I wish you many more birthdays, and I hope you have passed your knowledge on to others.

Banning guns because the crimminals have too many is like castrating yourself cause your neighbor has too many kids.

This old Flat top started out with a 6 1/2" barrel but Jim Stroh cut it to 5 1/2 and did a few more tweaks.

David Clements did the same thing to this old flat top when he was converting it to the bisley configuration.

This poor little Ruger 41 Special got a 6 1/2" model 57 Smith & Wesson barrel cut to 4" and installed.

I don't know who did this, it started out as a P1.

I had to update my pictures of two of my Snubbies.

The NS lost the ejector knob and I lost the tap & die set to chase the threads. So I just smoothed it out a couple years ago. This one was a parts gun with a bulged barrel. It's a .455 Eley. I did most of the work myself. The leather was a done by Wyatt Burp.

The Army Special inherited some Officer's Model stocks. I tried to sell them, but no one wanted to pay what they are worth. I tried them on the AS and BAM! They found a home. This 1927 Army Special was done by E.F. Spicer back in the late 30's(neat story). It sports a "GE 7" stamped on the butt. It's a .38 special.

Mossberg 500. The installed barrel was originally a 30" non-screw choke barrel with condition issues I got for cheap. Cut down to the last legal rib (about 19") then tapped for a standard bead that I painted green (don't do it, doesn't help). Next to the gun is a regular 28" with screw in chokes.
