Posting Photos Using Forum's Image Upload.....

This is a tutorial, using screen shots, illustrating a way to upload your images using Colt Forum's system as an alternative to using your own image-hosting site as a medium.

*NOTE* I believe the system will handle five images per post. For purposes of this tutorial, since I will be using more, I have employed the use of my image-hosting site.

    Step 1.

    Step 2.

    Step 3.

    Step 4.

    Step 5.

    Step 6.

“It's sad that governments are chiefed by the double tongues. There is iron in your words of death for all Comanche to see, and so there is iron in your words of life. No signed paper can hold the iron. It must come from men. The words of Ten Bears carry the same iron of life and death. It is good that warriors such as we meet in the struggle of life, or death ---- it shall be life.” - Ten Bears - “The Outlaw Josey Wales”

This is how I post pictures also except I can’t enlarge them. I’m guessing it’s because I’m posting from either a phone or tablet. No mouse or touch pad only the touch screen. Gonna keep trying. I like the bigger pictures.

    just testing.

Edit. Ok. It works using a computer. But just like Mosby I can't get the window for picture adjustment to open in my tablet at home.

    Edit 2.

Might as well show the other side.

Thanks for the help. I always posted rather small pics mostly because I didn't know step 5 existed. Much appreciated. Now I have to go back and edit a few posts....

When I attempt this on my desktop computer (with mouse), click on the photo icon, select a photo from my computer, and then click "upload", what I get is an "attach quote" like below, not an actual thumbnail.

I have to "Go Advanced" to make the thumbnail appear, and then of course clicking on the thumbnail just yields the usual temporary enlargement. I can't get the picture adjustment window to open.
