    My first 1911

It may not be a colt, but thanks to some urging from @shooter13 I picked up an armscor (RIA) Rock Ultra in 10mm this weekend. Itching to get some quality time with it but having a hard time sourcing decent range ammo around town

Sweet! Thanks brother! I never fancied myself a single-stack guy, but after getting a Shield in .45 and then getting the family 1903 I guess it kinda broke me

Check SGAammo.com. They sell a lot of ammo and I have found that Remington 180 grain, purchased in 500rd case lots makes good range ammo. They are currently out. The have several different varieties and if Remington doesn't show back up soon, I would try Fiocchi.

    The reason I carry a .45 is, Colt Don't make a .46
