Sorry grunt .
I tried to repair your link so the photo would open up and I think I made it worse . Try and edit your post with a fresh photobucket link .

    Here's my lone surviving SAA 45 . Bought it about 25 yrs ago . 2nd Gen 1968 .

    SA99054,
Those are exquisite revolvers! I have shot and shoot, everything but the 2nd. gen. buntline and the Flannery engraved storekeeper.

Re: SAA photo post thread show \'em if you got \'em

I showed one side of my tired ol' 1905 vintage .38-40 in Bullet Bob's thread so here's the other side. It's funny that the properly numbered grips are pretty nice considering the rest of the revolver.

It's nice when the occasional SAA thread crops up and the photos start flowing in. Some REALLY nice ones are displayed here. No Bisleys yet.

Here's my one Bisley, cal. 32-20, grips are about 20 years old, also have originals numbered to gun.

5 1/2", .38-40 prewar with Mexican Eagle ivory grips..

    7 1/2", .45 circa 1929-30

There's a Bisley! I've always told myself that if I acquire another Colt SAA it'll be a Bisley in .32-20 to go with my Winchester Model 1892 SRC in the same chambering. Good group of SAA's. I am fond of the .38-40 SAA's and yours is very nice.
