    Colt Python valuation

Thinking of selling my 1981 Python, 6 inch barrel and would like to know a value. It has been shot, but not much. It is in excellent condition. Cylinder timing is like new. I do not have the original box. I appreciate any feed back.

Thank you jmshunts. I figured about that but it never hurts to get some opinions.

$2,500 might be a hard sell. I see them selling closer to $2,000 in this condition.

Depends where you live... In MI, it seems the $2500 +/- 200 would be fairly accurate...

On GB you will get $2200-2500 but pay fees and risk of flake buyer. Here on the forum or local sale, will be between $2000-2200 depending on how patient you are.
