    Who buying a 2020 Python--shooters or collectors

Who will purchase a 2020 Python? Collectors of old Colts to add to Collections or shooter? So far what I have read and seen the new Python is designed as shooter vs the vintage Python.

I will wait myself for all this pricing hoopla to end. That is if if ever does. Being an owner of a 1969 NIB Python, when/if I get one it will be to shoot and shoot quite frequently I might add.

I have one on the way. I was quick on the draw and have one coming at under MSRP from a early morning January 1 purchase. I was hoping to get a early rollout serial number for future possible collectibility. I will shoot it some, but mainly wanted a new one to go with my old 6” stainless.

The 6in is too long for me to carry at the ranch so it will get shot less. May go and shoot it today but am tired from the drive out there left 3am Fri and got back last night at 7pm 1100 mile trip about 40 of it off road. The 4.25 will be my carry gun out there! The black shark Kramer MSP Paddle will be here in February and it will make its first trip with me then. With some of the wicked 357 loadings out there no need to load them like I used to.

I am picking up a consecutive pair of 6"s on Tuesday, I will not shoot these.

I have a 1961 shooter that I love to take to the range. I will be buying a new one to shoot it and not worry about breaking the timing. If I put an idiot scratch on the new python it won't decrease the value of it like my old Python.

I have a 1964 Blue one that I shoot on rare occasions. I'll pick up one of the new ones for more frequent shooting once the price has settled.
