    Sweet dude!
Now your so unfair...I said I miss my old Python. It was refreshing to see pdman tell it how it is and I was just trying to support his point. If you are re-launching a legend, you got to do better than this and there are companies out there who can. You are not launching a Hudson.

This is why u never buy a first or possibly 2nd year new model. It takes a few years to get the kinks out.

I would not trade nor sale my 1963 refinish but would buy a 4.25 or smaller and be happy with it.

Oh how right you are, 68 ..

No internet. Only got to tell my wife.. the guy I worked with , the next door neighbor, and the gun shop owner who sold it... who didn’t tell anybody cause he planned on selling them..
and then we all piled in on the phone booth to call Colt when it came to a riot 8 months later....

1st year issue is part of the reason I'm buying the 6" and plan to buy the 4.25" later this year. Good, bad, or ugly I'm really looking forward to owning my 1st Colt Python.
