    Jim Martin & my Colt

Just received my Colt 45 back from Jim. I cannot believe it's the same Colt. It is tight, silky smooth and what a nice trigger pull. Thank you Jim, Lots more coming your way. Angel

I have not used Jim Martin's services, but I have used Bob James and I completely understand what you are saying. I had to check to make sure it had the same serial number when I got mine back because it was like a completely different gun.

Jim also did my SAA, & what a night & day difference! He was great to talk to on the phone with all his stories, we chatted for hours! He is a wealth of knowledge & a most important asset to the Colt SAA enthusiast! I cannot recommend him enough. Leigh

My pair of .44s Jim quickly sorted out with a total rebuild on both. Nice work!

Jim Martin knows the CORRECT way to rework a Colt SAA as he learned from the real gunsmiths that worked on them years ago. Jim is my Mentor for working on the SAA and with his knowledge and sharing, I have learned a lot in the past few months. All 16 of my SAA are now timed and mechanically great thanks to Jim!!!!!

Jim Martin is one of the best. Like the OP, I couldn't believe it was the same gun when I got it back.

Jim performed his magic on two of my Colts. But let's not forget that he's also an expert with Great Western sixguns. My dad's .44 Special never worked right my entire life until Jim got ahold of it a couple years ago. now it's just amazing. I had the gun prettied up for my dad with our last name engraved on the backstrap.
