    LETS SEE Engraved MOP

    We have a post for showing engraved ivory. Lets see your engraved MOP. I don't have any but would like to see yours!!!!

    I've only had one pair. Only three pair of plain MOP. The carved pair I had were done by Eagle Grips in 1993. One piece and single side carved. They were chipped badly at the frame corners when a mis-timed 45 blew up and destroyed the gun. I used the damaged grips as a partial trade for a SAA shortly there after. They were $450 fitted to my gun @ the time. Ivory was $100 less.

    Even in the old days mother of perl was more expensive then ivory.
