    Unwanted Ads on Colt Forum

Has anyone found a way to eliminate the non-gun-related ads that pop up whenever I open any of the Colt Forum sections? They are very annoying!

    I don't see any ads?

Try installing an adblocker. I use AdBlock, and evidently it's working.
    And it's free.

Ad Block Plus. Go to Tools, click on Add-ons. Search for Ad Block Plus and download it. Problem solved.

Go here -> Blocking Unwanted Connections with a Hosts File and get a HOSTS file to replace/update your HOSTS file. This approach has worked fine for me for 5+ years.

For IMAC users, go to the App Store and search for Ad blockers. Once you get them up look for Ad and Stuff Blocker. It's free. Download it. Once on your Mac then put it in your stuff to load and run on start up. Problem is solved. All the other ad blockers that the Ap store sells don't work very well and are all priced higher than free.

Not sure if you use PC, tablet or phone but I use mostly my Samsung tablet and I installed Adblock for Samsung android and no more ads.

I've posted this multiple times, it's very easy to block these threads by adding an ad blocker to your existing browser or by using a browser that has ad blocking built in.

I use Opera, which is every bit as good as any other browser you can choose and it has built in ad blocking. Works perfectly.
