Thumb Safety for 1911a1 Remington Rand

I need an original thumb safety for a WW2 Remington Rand 1911a1. I have a box full of 1911 parts, but not that one.

I think I have a couple of WWII vintage. How do you tell if they are proper for a RR?

Would need to know s/n or date of mfg. to determine correct version.

Regarding telling the difference in the various WW-2 safety's, any would be better than the commercial one (new manufacture) that I have.

Terry, for some reason your picture didn't come out on my PC or my phone. Is this about what you're looking for?
