    Wts...rare conversion of a 1849 colt & type 6 pocket + 22 rare Open Top ket

    Rare and unique non-factory conversion of a 1849 Colt Pocket Model with 6" barrel. .32 rf caliber. Offered as found. Serial numbers match with no number on wedge or loading lever, lever does not drop all the way. Overall smooth brown finish, 40 - 50% cylinder scene, refinished Slim Jim grips, exc. Bore strong with some pitting, about 8 of 10. Full barrel address 'N.Y. US America". Conversion plate is made in 3 pieces of round metal, similar to 3 "washers". Included is the holster that came with it, exc condition, marked "H. GRANDPRE". See included pictures. $ 1450.00 shipped. CONUS only.

    WTS Colt Pocket Conversion

    Colt Pocket Model type 6 in .38 center fire. All match including wedge, except barrel. Barrel cut to 3 1/2 inches. Address and colt's Patent clear. About 40% cylinder scene and 40% original nickel finish. "W.F.&CO." on butt. Grip has no number and in poor condition, shrinkage, nicks dents, repair and re finished. Ask questions if interested.     Colt .22 cal Open Top

    #1....Rare Open Top .22, 2 3/8" inch barrel WITH ejector. Frame about 95% nickel finish, cylinder about 20% nickel finish. barrel mostly smooth with no finish (believe it was blue). Bore has rifling with some pitting. Grips exc condition. Work as it should. Ejector head only a replacement. See pictures for overall condition. #'s match with a correct "p" after the serial number. Barrel address clear, no 22 on frame which is correct. First ' I'll take it" gets it. $1250 shipped. CONUS ONLY.

    #2 Colt Open Top .22. 2 3/8 inch barrel without ejector. Frame patina brass. Cylinder about 60-70% nickel, barrel about 60% nickel. Bore shows rifling with minor pitting. Grips not damaged with about 85% varnish. Works as it should. See pictures for overall condition. Address clear, 22cal on frame. First "I'll take it" gets it.. $425.00 shipped. CONUS ONLY.

    Model 51 Navy Conversion

    This one a period gunsmith attempted to make into a rifle.
    May have started as a factory conversion.
    Calibre 38rf.
    Barrel: 7 1/2" with a 9 bore, original front sight, loading slot and lever slot filled in. Ejector assy gone, wedge is old but loose, and screw replaced, alignment holes repaired.c1.JPG
    Finish: mostly brown.
    Cylinder: about 15% scene and serial number matches, a little battered from dry firing.
    Markings: Address and "Colts Patent" there.
    Frame: Altered, with 2 screws added for rear sight.
    Trigger: appears short.
    Numbers match, except back strap, which is from a 60 Army and has holes for rifle stock'
    No grips.
    Cocks and locks-up.
    See pictures, as found. $550.00 shipped, CONUS only.
