Good day all! At my place of business, we offer custom trigger and action work, accuracy tuning, and repair service on S&W, DW, and Colt brands of revolvers (along with repair of the Woodsman series). Now that we've had a significant number of the NEW (2017 and later) Colt double-action...

I have more than 1 Colt revolver from 1960 or earlier. None newer. I also have a S&W Model 66-4 from the 1990s that is one of my favorite firearms. Is there a chance that I might be disappointed by a new 3” King Cobra? I value tight lockup and good trigger pull, both double and single...

I have never had any revolvers with such tight barrel to cylinder gaps before. The Cobra measures .002" and the King Cobra measures .0015". Are all of them this way, or did I just get lucky? Actually I am concerned that .0015" might be too tight and will bind up with fouling.

I came to the forum to get some help from people who know Colts. I have a King Cobra that I forgot I had and need some information on. A 4" SST, with the hard blue case and very little ware. I bought it used years ago, test fired it, cleaned and put it away. The SN is VK6969 and I was wanting to...

Does anyone know the Colt part number for the crane lock spring and detent. I was cleaning one of my KC's and the one dog ran under the stool at my work bench and the other one chased. The next thing you knowthose two little parts are missing in action. I know they are hard to find but I...

Hi I was wondering what a brushed stainless steel 6" king cobra with box and paper be worth. It was made in 1993.

rebuilt this king cobra from a frame found in a dump, fires fine. had to drill out the crane lock screw as it was rusted in. I did not drill to the threads as i know that is a big no-no, what i cannot find information on is the size of the tap i need to 'rethread' so i can insert the 3 necessary...

Just wondering what the general consensus was between a 4in anaconda and 6in king cobra. I generally buy (higher) grade shooters so I can still enjoy them time to time. I also like to have the guns increase in value faster than inflation :) Although, I would likely never sell... unless i needed...

I had a weak moment this past weekend and purchased a King Cobra, and am concerned that I may have paid too much (buyers remorse?). It is 4" Stainless, all original in almost perfect condition, no box or papers. I am at least the 3rd owner and the previous owner never fired it, but wasn't sure...

I was wondering if anyone else has experiecnced this issue... i have been a long time colt owner. Recently, i noticed 2 cracks in the barrel, one at 12 and the other at 3, of my Colt 357 King Cobra Enhanced, w/ a 6" stainless barrel. I called COLT and they refused to honor their "lifetime...

I'd like to put a Trijicon RMR on my Colt King Cobra 4" what would you recommend? Mine is already tapped for a scope with the plugs in it. What would you guys recommend for a mount to accomplish this?

Anyone know I can acquire a replacement Pistol Plug because that's the only thing missing from my box?

I wish I had a functioning Camera but I dont have pictures of them yet. Besides I am still waiting on one gun. I bought a 4" Colt King Cobra at the local gun show from a private seller for 780 bucks (his tag was 850 but said he'd go down to 780 for me) and a 8" SS Colt Python for 750 bucks that...
