Looks like it might be a good buy for someone looking for one.

Those are the kind of adds I don't understand. If you want to sell a gun, describe the gun. I don't need the history of the .22 cartridge in the add. When I see adds like that, it makes it look like the seller is trying to distract you from the gun by giving you unnecessary info about the ammo it uses or other unrelated facts. You seem to see this a lot in New Service adds where the seller has a 1909 Army for sale, but gives you the entire model history from 1899 through 1943, but can't list the bore condition.

I'm pretty sure that anyone who is going to drop a grand on a .22 revolver, probably already knows all they need to about the cartridge it shoots.

The guns like mine, and the one for sale, came with white plastic "US" stocks. If the pictures were decent, they would probably show the "US" logo and checkering.
That was my one complaint about the gun. The white plastic stocks looked very cheap. I changed mine out for a black set soon after I got it.
