Whether the "basket of parts" is worth the asking price is not the issue to me. IF this is a Colt-made "basket of parts," what is the explanation of the 002 serial number?

Could it be parts from one of the aftermarket commemorative makers? That is the only explanation that occurs to me.

their prices seems to be based on what a operating gun is worth. they usually runs sales. When ylu do need something, it's nice to have this company. I boight a gp100 that blew up the cylinder and missing a few parts. bought a gp100 and got everything I needed for under 200 bucks shipped. jim
