It looks original finish to me. I see the frame screw has been countersunk but looks original otherwise.

No, it's not original. At the minimum the barrel has been replaced with a latter one (it should not have the caliber marking in this sn range), and the frame looks (cold?) blued to me.

The triggerguard has had a stock pin added as two piece grips didn't appear until 1882.
