I just picked up a real nice Colt 1903 Type 3 in .32 auto, serial number is 149xxx, my research suggest DOB 1912-1913, anyone out there know for sure? Thx in advance

great gun, I just got one 211XXX mfg. 1916 w orig. box and paperwork, appears that it may have only been fired at factory! I posted pics!

Wow, that is very nice. I really love these guns. I'd put this one about 93%, shot but very little. I shot it myself before I bought it and no joke at 20 ft my first round was dead on and the whole 8 round mag made a 2" group. Just awesome, especially for a 100 year old gun. Wish they still made them like this, couldn't imagine the price tho if they had to put the time into each individual gun like they used to
