Dan,
The value of these is not as high as a standard Colt Govt Model of the same condition, even thought the only difference is the rollmark. I think there is a "Sistema" effect that depresses the value. Given that yours has been refinished I think its value is primarily as a shooter, i.e. $500-$600. HTH
