Have a late 1967 Python serial 689xx. Got from original owner with original red box.

love it b/c he used it some and took excellent care.

What else came with this gun from Colt?

Fairly certain Target and Warranty Card? Screwdriver? "Handling the Handgun"?

Help appreciated.

Your gun would probably have been packed with a three-part warranty card in the box. They were generally red and white, and had no form number on them. (A new one was introduced in 1968, marked WC-68 which looked about the same except for the form number.) The Handling the Handgun booklet would have been form number A-247-1. It may have also come with a NRA application card and the little round screwderiver (sight adjustment tool) in the small manila envelope. The latter two items were sometimes in the boxes and sometimes not.
