I found this at a Gun Show this weekend...I will admit that I had no idea what I bought...neither did the seller.
Gun is 99% but has no box or papers..:bang_wall: See info below from ColtAuto's.com on this particular variety of pistol.

Thanks guys...I really did fall in the flowers on this one. The gun sat on the table all day Saturday without anyone buying it and I picked it up Sunday morning. Like I said, I had no idea what it was as I do not own any other Woodsman pistols. I have looked at a few in the past but have kept to my 1911's where my comfort level is higher. I guess this is a heck of a way to start collecting this model...where do I go from here At least it has prompted me to expand my horizons and exposed me to more wonderful info on the net like Bob's excellent web site....previously unknown to me!

I actually bought it for my wife to complete the NRA Winchester Marksmanship program certification.....but NO....it is no longer a shooter!

I also lucked into a double "S" at a local show about a year ago. SN "S101330S" New in box, 6", with all papers. I too didn't realize what I had until I got it home and did a little research.

Very nice find....

I am sure we would all like to see pictures of the whole rig....
