I have a Colt 1991A1 compact and a few questions about it.

1)It's really and Officers right?
and
2) Is there anywhere where I can find a ballistics chart on a 3 1/2 inch barrel?

It is dimensionally and functionally the same as the OACP. Although there is a "rule of thumb" that says you can expect about a 100fps reduction in velocity compared to a 5" barrel, the last time I chono'd 230 Hydra-Shok through a 3.5" barrel, 20 rounds averaged exactly 850fps.
