Hello gentlemen,
I replaced the front sight by a FO sight from Brownell's
I tried the gun for the first time this afternoon.
Shooting too high.
I stopped because I did not know how far I could go up with the rear sigh to correct.
And I will try it with the original sights.
Any thoughts please ? May be 6 o'clock hold like the S&W model 10 ?

You move the rear sight in the direction you want your group to go...move the rear sight down if it's shooting too high.

SnidelyWhiplash,

Thank you,
That will teach me again not to do things in a hurry....I was range officer and shooting during a lull in attendance.
By the way, the rear sight sucks....hope somebody will come up with a flat blade.
