If the stocks are correct it would indicate that the gun is second gen.The box and contents are newer than the gun if that is the case.Good looking gun either way.I really do like nickel Pythons.JMO D*
Thanks for the replies, you guys always amaze me as you don't miss a thing. Supposed to be a 1981 manufacture date. Still waiting for contact from the seller to see of the box is legit or not. So, if the gun is as good as the photos, the box turns out to not be not original and the grips are after market what is a good price? Price if the box is matching original to the gun?
