This Smith and Wesson Model 15-4 from 1982 followed me home today!!

The pawn shop had it stickered at $349.99. I have already put the faux pearl Jay Scott grips away. It now wears a pair of appropriate PC stocks.

Does it look better with the Catalins?
The action is perfect and the bore is beautiful.

Best,
Charles

Great deal. An iconic snub nose. I honestly don't think many other snubs look as good as these. I like both style grips so I'm not going to be much help there, sorry.

Charles, you must be surrounded by the best pawn shops in the country. You always find something interesting. The ones around here have no guns and nothing else but crap.

It had been in the case for less than one day!!
Timing is everything - both in lockwork as well as in purchasing.
Something about the pearls gives it that 50s detective noir film aura.
