So as crazy as it sounds I think I might have stumbled across a singer barrel.
I was looking at a RIA rebuild. It has a 41 slide and a 43 frame and a RR main spring housing and all other parts are correct. Upon looking at the barrel the ONLY mark I could find was a "P" on the left leg. I did not see a S anywhere on it or even cross cannons on the right leg to signify a Springfield barrel.
So what are the chances that the barrel could be a singer. Any help to identify the barrel would be great.
I will try to get picture of it tomorrow.
