So as crazy as it sounds I think I might have stumbled across a singer barrel.

I was looking at a RIA rebuild. It has a 41 slide and a 43 frame and a RR main spring housing and all other parts are correct. Upon looking at the barrel the ONLY mark I could find was a "P" on the left leg. I did not see a S anywhere on it or even cross cannons on the right leg to signify a Springfield barrel.

So what are the chances that the barrel could be a singer. Any help to identify the barrel would be great.

I will try to get picture of it tomorrow.

A Singer Mfg Co. barrel should be marked with a block letter 'P' on the left lug.

Yeah....I've got that part. Is there any other way to help determine if it is. What is the rarity of it, any idea its value?

Update....it's a flannery barrel. I found a F on the right leg, I must have overlooked it yesterday. Any ideas what an arsenal rebuild should go for. Thanks.
