While I agree with the sentiment, the pic of the box endflapsIf I am not mistaken, I believe the Cowboy version of the Colt SAA did not get/have the same quality of fit/finish as the regular run of the Colt SAA, i.e., much less money to buy. Given that, you still have two nice looking Colts - the Turnbull being, by far, the better of the two. I don't believe your consecutively numbered guns, in this case, adds any value - you have two different and unique guns. If it were me, I would have 175 sent to Turnbull and made to match 176. Also, at the same time I would send along 176 for the matching example and have an action job done on both at the same time - they probably will need it. Keep us up to date - you have an interesting dilemma - one most of would love to have!
