Looking around for a Pocket Positive. Found this: COLT 1920, Factory Error,2 1/2 B (Rare) EXCELLENT : Revolvers at GunBroker.com
What say you esteemed Colt aficionados?
I say a 1912 Police Positive .32 with a Pocket Positive barrel....hence the dented top strap...Don't think the Rampant Colt wth stylized "C" was still used in 1920. Also, the Pocket Pos has a smaller grip frame than Police Pos.
Am I correct in my assessment? Still expanding my knowledge base of old Colt's.
This is the second go around....first go around had a buy now of $1200....I'm thinking maybe $120 as a shooter....not a collector.
